69 Michael 1737 This is affirmed to be the last will and testament of Dollin Callister who departed this life the 30th November last being sound in perfect mind and memory at making of the same. First he committed his soul to Almighty God and his body to Christian burial. Item He left and bequeath to his son John Callister a coat that was at the taylor and also a caddo and blanket as legacy. Item He left to the rest of children vizt Gilbert, Catherin and Adam Callister six pence a piece as legacy. Lastly he also nominate and appoint his son Thos Callister his sole executor of all the rest of his goods movable and immoveable of what nature soever they be. Witnesses: Willm Skilley my x mark Thomas Boddaugh my x mark Jurati At a Consistory Court in KK Michael 9th Feb 1737 Before the Rev Mrs Jon Cosanhan and Ed Moore. The executor sworn in court in form of law pledges are the witness of the will Probatum and solvit 12d Nov 15th 1738 Cath Bell als Callister enters a claim against the executor of her father's Dollin Callister for 7 shillings.
