Lonan  Feb 21 1738

Robert Casement departed this life about 
the 26 of Jan 1737 intestate, and the (near)
Relations neglecting to take the [invenory] 
of his effects the same is comitted to 
Daniel Lewney principle Credr who is 
sworn in form of Law and is to [Zohun?] the 
residue (if any be after debts are paid) to 
the four children and gave Pledges 
The Revd [Wm] Curghy of Lezaire

This is to certify by virtue of the Revd Vicar 
Genrl Cosnahan’s authority I lawfully charged Ealis 
Casement als Garett of KK Lonan widow to answer 
the suit of Daniel Looney of said Parrish the 2nd Day 
of June 1739 Witness my hand this 1st June 1739
