This Is affirmed to be The Last Will & Testament of Bahee 
Cannel al, Corlet Who Departed This life about ye.24th.of 
Novembr.last being Sound in perfect Mind & Memory at 
Making yl.Same ~ 

First She Committed her Soul to Almighty God And her Body 
to Xhan Burial 

Item She left to her only Daughter Anne Cannel Eight pounds as 
Legacy, The wch.Eight pounds is to rest & Continue in yl.hands 
of her Father John Cannel During his Natural life, and after 
his Decease his sd.Daughter is to receive & Enjoy yl.above sd. 
Eight pounds And likewise Forty Shillings yl.ffather Jon.Cannel has 
promissed to give her of his own goods ? after his death, but in 
Case yl.her Daughter Anne should dye before her Father then 
and in that Case yl.sd.ffather John Cannel is to be whole Excr.of all 
the affore Mentioned goods and further more she Declared yl. 
if yl.said Anne Should Marry against her Fathers Consent 
that he was to pay her Thirty Shillings of yl.sd.Money or a 
Cow, and no more at yl.time 

Item She left & bequeathed to her Sister Catherine Cannel als Corlet 
a Gown as Legacy And to yl.wittnesses of her Will 6d.Each as Legacy 
and 6d.to Such as wd.Claim in her sd.Will ~ 

Lastly She left & Nominated and appointed her loving husband John 
Cannel Sole Excr.of all yl.rest of her goods Movable and 
Immoveable of what Nature So Ever
