Pursuant to the will of Jane Clucas als Callister of Portle Morey we have
this day settled the value of the goods and chattels of the said Jane and
there appears to be due to her executrix clear of all debts and demands the
sum of thirty one pounds.
And whereas the goods, money, and mortgage of Mary Callister als McYlvorey
the mother of the decease which should remain clear of all debts was some
years ago made over by a deed of gift to her two sons in law James Waterson
and William Clucas; the deeds part of the said goods that shall remain clear
of all debts after the said Mary's death is to be added to the above sum of
thirty one pounds for the use of the said Jane Clucas executrix this return
is certified to be just and equitable
according to the best of our judgments.
