This is affirmed to be the last will and testament of Charles Cannell of KK
Michael who departed this life about the beginning of April last being sound
in perfect mind and memory at makeing of the same.
FIRST>  He left to his loving wife Joney Cannell als Kaighin all the croft
and houses there upon during her natural life.  She consenting that after
her decease the aforesaid Croft and house,  is to be enjoyed and possessed
by her eldest son Charles Cannell and in case that the said Croft and houses
should fall into the said Charles Cannell within three years that he is to
pay forty shillings unto his sister Catherine Cannell the youngest child.
SECONDLY> He left unto his three youngest children Thomas, John and
Catherine Cannell twenty shillings each and also a sheep a piece as legacy.
THIRDLY> He left unto his eldest daughter Alice Cannell the big chest and
stands in the house as legacy.  He left unto his godson John Kelly a
yearling as legacy.
LASTLY> He nominated an appointed his loving wife Joney with his children
Charles and Alice Cannell joint executors of all the rest of his goods
movable and immoveable of what nature so ever.
The executors are sworn in court in form of law - as also overseers of the
orphans.  The relict gives her consent to her husbands will and settles her
part of croft and houses upon her son as her husband has done.  Pledges in
form of law - are  John Kaighin and Thomas Caine the witnesses.
