The last will and testament of Dan: Castill who depart
this life in the month of April March last being of perfect
memory at the makeing thereof. First he comitted his
soul to God & his body to Christian burial. Itm. to
he left to his Eldest son of the Cap all husbandry
gears together with a quarter of the crop. Itm to
his two other sons Wm & John ten shills apiece
Itm to his sister Catherine 6d legacy. Itm he left
to his sd sons Wm & Jon the other quarter of the
crop & appointed his beloved wife Mary Castill
als Cowll sole Executrx of all the rest of his goods
moveable & immoveable whatsover, he also
left to the witnesses of the will six pence apiece.
