1740-1 Margaret Costean als Fayle departed this life 2nd of Feb... .....................memory at ........................soul unto .................burial: Item She left to her three children Margt, Wm and Daniel twenty shillings a piece. Item She left to her said daughter Margaret all her cloathes linnen and woolen to cloath herself. Item she left the lands which were ^ bought from Thomas Quark to her son Daniel to be as lands of inheritance after the death of her husband and if Daniel her sd son should be without issue that then it should return to William. Item She left all the children's goods to her loving husband Daniel Costean ^ and to bring them up; and if they should die it was to return to her said husband. Item She left sixpence legacy to any person that might claim any right or title to any of her effects.
