The last will and testament of Adam Cannell who departed this 
life about the 7th of Aug anno predicto being in perfect mind 
and memory at the making hereof.
First he committed his soul to God and body to Christian burial.
Secondly He left to his niece Mary Cottier a big chest and part 
of the bed cloathes.
He left to his niece Kathrine Kaighin two sheep he had in 
Ballonnney.  He declared that John Cannell owed him twenty 
shillings of which he left three shillings to his nephew John 
Cannell.
Lastly he nominated and appointed his nephew Patrick Cannell 
sole executor of the rest of his goods moveable and immoveable 
excepting one shilling each he left to the witnesses hereof.
Witnesses:
Thomas Tear his x 
Anne Killip her x mark   Jurati
Patrick Cannell nephew of the testator is sworn executor in form 
of law.
Pledges are Thos Tear one of the witnesses and Philip Garrett          
PROBATUM EST  Joh:Cosnahan and Edv:Moore.
