Henry Gawn, 1741

125     Rushen
The last will and testament of Henry Gawn senior of Cregneish 
in the parish of Trinity Rushen who departed this life 26th 
March 1741. First, he committed his soul to God and his body 
to Christian burial. 
Item, he bequeathed to his son Harry his great coat. 
Item, to his grandson William Gawn the kitchen table. 
Item, to his grandson Thomas Keiggeen three pounds. 
Lastly, he nominated, constituted and appointed his 
loving wife and his son in law Richard Keiggeen joint 
executors of all the rest of his goods moveable and 
immovable whatsoever. 
This he uttered and declared in the presence of: 
John Corrin, Robert Gell, 
29 day of the month of May 1741/2 

Isabel the relict being infirm and not able to appear, 
Richard Keiggeen the other executor is sworn in form 
of Law and has given pledges vizt. 
James Harrison and William Credgeen.
