 This is affirmed to be the last Will and
Testament of Alice Kewley alias Cooper
of Douglas who departed this Life the
29th of August 1741 being in perfect Mind
and Memory at the making hereof
Imprimis. She committed her soul to Almighty 
God and her Body to Christian Burial.
Itm She left and bequeathed her to son Thos
Kewley four pounds. Itm to her son John 
Six pounds. Lastly she Nominated and \
appointed her loving Husband Nicholas
Kewley sole Executor of all her Goods
moveable and immoveable whatsoever.

      Nicholas Kewley the husband is
      Sworn Extr in form of Law
      And has given pledges Harry Crebbin &
      Thos Corlet. Thos Kewley acknowledges the 
      receipt of the four pounds Legacy.
