This is affirmed to be the last will and testament of 
HENRY QUAILE who departed this life ye 25th of March 
1741 who being in perfect mind and memory at the making thereof.     
First, He committed his soul to almighty God and his 
body to Christian burial.    
Itt, he left to his SON WILLIAM QUAILE his part of ye 
lands and crop after the debts are paid, and if his 
said son dyes under age or without a wife, yt his 
DAUGHTER SARAH are to injoy ye same.   
Itt, he declared yt the Excr of Cathrin Cubin of 
KK Arbry ought him Five and twenty shillings.  
Tho: Quaggin of KK Malew seven shillings, and Frank 
Watterson ten shillings.   
Itt, he left six pence apice to any yt woud claime 
right to his goods.  
Lastly he apointed and left his loveing wife sole Execr 
of all the rest of his goods moveable & unmoveable.  
He left six pence a pice to ye witnesses of the will.

At a Chapter court at Ballavaghen Novr 6th 1741:  
The Execrx is sworn in Court in form of Law and 
hath given pledges viz Patrick Carran Cregelea 
& Dollin Clague.   Solvit 12d, Probatum est.
