departed this Life about the beginning of Sepr. __ 
last __ Intestate __ The Court upon Intelligence __
thereof hath Decreed his only Sister Jane Cashin
Sole Admnrx. of all his Goods moveable & __
Immoveable whatsoever – who being  under 
Age __ The Goods are in the hands of the __
Mother – who has been Sworn to be just to the __
Orphan & according to Law – as in the Will of her late
husband ~ And has given pledges Wm. Quayle & __
Wm. Lewin ~
