This is affirmed to be the Last Will & Testament of Jane Callow alias
Kerruish of Ballaterson in KK Maughold who departed this life the 3d of May
1742  Being of perfect mind and memory
Imps   She Comitted her Soul to God and her Body to Christian burial
It   She bequeathed to her son Christopher a Suit of Cloaths of the Cloath
is with the Dyer when it is Colour'd her Blue mant (?) to line it, and a
shirt of the Tors (?) Cloath, & a Bee Hive & her son Ewan to Dyett him at
such times as his master did Imploy him Dureing his apprenticeship, and
bear the Expence of the Suite of Cloaths, till it is finished
It   She bequeathed to her Son Willm twenty shills Legacy and Ewe & Lamb
It   She bequeathed to her son John twenty Shills Legacy an Ewe & Lamb And
to her Robt twenty shills Legacy
It   She bequeathed to her sister Catherine Cowle als Kerruish all her bed
cloaths
Lastly   She did Constitute and appoint her Eldest Son Ewan whole & Sole
Execr of all the rest of her Goods & Chattels of what nature or
denomination soever and left on him to take due care of Robt During his
natural life & to be a Guardian to William & John

John Callow one of the witnesses having dyed before the probate thereof
there being no objection made, Wm Christian the other witness is sworn in
form of Law
Whereupon Ewan the Eldest Son of the Testratrix is Sworn Exect in for of
Law and have given pledges vizt Mr. Jon Christian Clark & Wm Christian
