Willm Costean departed this life about the beginning of February 1740 --
Intestate The Court upon Intelligence thereof hathe Decreed his three
[children] viz: Ewan Daniel and Marriod joint Adminrs of all his goods
moveable and Immoveable whatsoever whereupon Ewan and Daniel aforesd with
John Kelly husband of Marriod are Sworn in Court in form of Law and gave
pledges viz: Edw: Sayle and Philip Cane both of Douglas
