Jane Kanneen als Kelly als Gelling departed this life 
about the 14th of Nov last – Intestate –
The court upon Intelligence thereof hath Decreed her 
Son and Daughter, namely, John Kelly & Jony Kelly 
joint administrators of all her Goods – moveable and 
Immoveable whatsoever -- -- Jony being absent - John 
is sworn in Court in form of law – And has given 
pledges for the payment of Debts & to be just to his 
Sister in Division of the Goods – Vizt Robt Lewin of 
KK Braddan & John Tear KK Andrews –

Jane Kanneen the Exectx within mentioned 
having departed this Life before the probate 
of this will - her Son Wm Kelley one of 
the adminrs of sd Jane, in behalf of himself & 
of his sister Jony Kelly is Sworn in Court in 
form of Law – and has given pledges Robt 
Lewin of KK Braddan 
& John Tear KK Andrews –

June 10 1745 - Thos Kelly owns to be fully pd & satisfied in the Legacy 
of Twenty five Shills left unto him by Dan: Kanneen & acquits Jony 
the Exectx of the same forever – & Bahee the dautr at age [owns] to have 
paid five lambs for the use of the rest of the children and of herself
