This is affirmed to be the Last Will and Testament of Daniel Kaneen of this Parish of KK Andrew made the Second day of July ano 1742, being of Sound Mind and Memory at the making thereof Itm He comitted his soul to God, And Body to Christian burial. Itm He bequeathed to his Brother William Kaneen Twenty and Seven shillings Legacy, his Coats, and so much of the Raw-cloth that may show in ye tuck-miln as would be a Coat for his sd Brothers wth his share or part of the Cropp.-- (One of the witnesses vist Eleanr Christian declares that in the Evening of the said day the Testator further wil’d to his said Brother pieces of Loughtyn Cloth that now is his house, wth his shoes & stockins) Itm He wil’d to his brother in Law Thomas Kelly Twenty and five shillings Legacy – And to the children of said Kelly a Lamb each. Lastly, he Nominated and Appointed his belowed Wife Sole and Lawful Execx of all the rest of his goods movable & imovable whatsoever. To the Witnesses hereof six pence each. June 10 1745 - Thos Kelly owes to G Jelly & Latisford in the Legacy of Twenty five Shills left unto him by Dan’ Kanneen & acquits Jony the Exectr of the sum forever – Ba law ttee Danl at cyr ..... paid five lambs ... for the benefit of the children and of herself – She is also Execr dautr at age – Before me: Edw: Moore
