The last will and testament of Jane Crear als Gellin who departed this life
about the 8th of March last past being perfect mind and memory at the making
thereof.
First she committed her soul to God and her body to a Christian burial.
2ndly - She left to John Fletcher forty shillings or the big sheep.
Item:  She left to her daughter Elinor her riding hood.
Item:  She left to her two daughters Jane and Elinor all the rest of her
shaped cloathes both linnen and woollen likewise she debarrs all that would
or can claim of with six pence legacy.
Lastly she nominated and appointed her loving daughter Susanna Creer to be
whole executrix of all the rest of her goods moveable and immoveable
whatsoever this 12th of March 1743.

Margery Cubbon als Collister her x mark      Jurati
William Cashin husband of the executrix is sworn in court in form of law and
consents to give five shillings to his brother Thomas and his sister Ellinor
to be considered for (blank) extraordinary care of the testatrix at her
death bed and pledges are Mr Wm Harrison and Robert Kermod.

21st Jan 1745
Thomas Creer came this day and acknowledged to have received from Wm Cashin
husband of the executrix the sum of five shillings as was agreed upon at the
probate of the will and does hereby acquit and discharge the said executor
for the same forever.
