This is affirmd to be the last Will & Testament of Daniel Looney of Kk
Lonan who departed this Life about the 9th of October 1744 Being of perfect
Mind & Memory at the making hereof
First He committed his Soul Unto God and His Body to Christian burial
Itm     He left to John Looney his best Jackett and breeches of blue Medley
Itm     He left To Elinor Moore Widders her choice of the two Trees which Grows
at the Meadow within the Garden hedge
Itm     He left to Christian Neale half a Guinea and three she yearlings
together with what was in her own hands
Itm     He left to his stepfather John Corrin all what was Due unto him [..?..]
also what was Due unto him by the Death of his own Father ---,
Itm     He left unto James Scarffe and Philip Moore two Muttens which were at
Philip Corrins in Graw to take to them when they please
Itm     He left to Paul Cowin a pair of hear (?) breeches
Itm     He left to his said step Father and Wilem Kewley his part of bees
equally betwixt them
Itm     He [..?..] and left that if any strife shou'd arise between Robert
Hantere (?) and William Kewley for the Land Mortgages that the Said Kewley
was to pay the said Hantere the Ten pounds Due to the Said Danl Looney for
the said Mortgaged Land and the Ten pounds to be paid by the Said Hantere
at the Time of the xxx of the said Lands
Itm     He left to Philip Moore a xxx book which was in his Chest and James
Scarfe was to take the [within written?] papers which were in the said Book
Itm     He left to his Sisters Cathe Anne & Ellinor Six pence a piece
Itm     He left Six pence Legacy to any person that make Claim any right to his
Goods & Effects
Itm     He appointed James Scarffe & Philip Moore to procure a smooth Grave
Stone from John Skillicorn and John Corrin to pay for the Same
Itm     He left the Ash (?) Tree that Grows near the Kiln to William Kewley
Lastly  He nominated and appointed John Corrin afforesaid Execr of the two
parts of his Goods & Effects and William Kewley Exec of the third part of
his Goods & Effects of what kind and Nature So ever

gave pledges — vizt the witnesses of the will
