The last Will & Testament of Robt Kerrush of the town of Ramsey who departed 
this life the 18th [or 8th] of Aprill who being in sound and perfect memory at 
the making of this will who commited his soul to God and his body to a Christian 
burial and his worldly effects he left in manner as follows.    
Item: he left or bequethed to his son John half of the houses and a sheep and a lamb.    
Item: he left or bequeathed to his son Robert and Anne Kerrush his part of his 
sheep in the mountains.    
Item: he left or bequeathed his loveing wife whole and sole Execr of all the rest 
of his goods movable or immovable and cut any proven that could clame any right 
to any of his effects with six pence Legasie and this we affirm to be the last 
will and Testament of Robt Kerrush this 20th of May 1744.
