Robert Creer late of KK Braddan departed this Life
about the 30th of Octbr last past – Intestate – The Court
upon Intelligence thereof hath decreed his three Sons
and his daughter – Namely John, Thomas & Nicholas
Creer with Ann Clague als Creer – (Wm the Eldest Son
having a Contract-Bargain) joint adminrs of all his Goods
and Chattels moveable and Immoveable whatsoever
John being abroad, his part of Goods is in the hands
of Thomas who wth the othr two are Sworn in Court
in Form o Law – as also to bring a perfect Inventory
to the Registry – pledges are John Harrison and
Thomas Moore both of Arbory
