                             18.

This is affirmed to be the last will and testament of Thos Cowin
of KK Lonan who departed this life about the 13th of December
1746 – being of perfect mind and memory at the making hereof
First he commited his soul unto God and his body to Christian
burial
Item – He left and bequeathed unto his daughter Ann: Christian als 
Cowin his horses
Item – he left unto his Daughters Ann & Mary Cowin his sheep
Item – he left unto his Loveing wife the chest which the 
linen clothes was in and a little wheel
Item he left unto his son John Cowin four shillings & six pence 
which John Collister owed
Item he left unto [“a blankett” crossed out] his daughter Jane a blankett
Item he left that his two daughters viz’t Ann: & Mary Cowin 
to pay the money which was due to his daughter Margtt Cowin
Moreover he left six pence Legacy to any person that
might claim any right or title to his effects hereafter
Lastly – he ordained constituted and nominated his two
Daughters viz’t Ann: & Mary Cowin Joynters and wholly Executors
of all the Rest of his goods moveable & unmoveable of
what kind or nature so ever

Mary Cowin and Thos Christian husband of Ann
the other Exec’r are sworn in Court in form of
Law and gave pledges to paymt of Debts &
Legacys Viz’t Wm Brew and John Creetch the
Witnesses of the Will           Probatum est
