66 The Last Will & Testament of Anne Cannell als Cannon of the parish of KK Michael who being sick & weak in Body but of perfect mind & Memory at the making hereof -- First She Committed her Soul to God and her Body to Chris tian burial -- Item She left and bequeathed to her son Thos.Cannell the Sum of fourteen pounds to be paid him by her Executrix as soon as he comes to the Age of twenty two years Compleat his fathers part of goods, due him being included in the sd. Sum; Item she left her sd. son a feather Bed & bedcloathes for one Bed together wth. a Couple of sheep -- Item she left unto her son John Cannell and her daughter Jane Cannell half a Crown each -- Item to her God-daur. Anne Cannell she left a sheep -- Item she left to unto her daughter Anne Cannell all her Lands & Houses bearing the annual Lords rent of three shillings & four pence -- Item twelve pence each to the witnesses of this Will; and Lastly she nominated and appointed her sd. daughter Anne Cannell Sole Executrix of all the rest of her goods movable & immo vable whatsoever -- | John Cannan | Testes | Thos.Cannell | Jurati The Executrix Anne Cannell is Sworn in Coutr for payment of Debts & Legacys ? We whose names insure being a Jury of four men sworn by virtue of the Rev.d Parson Moore's token in order to Value & prize a Feather Bed w.th Cloathes to it to- gether w.th two sheep being left in the last Will of Anne Cannell of KK Michael unto her Son Thomas Cannell and having view'd the premisses, Do Value & prize the Feather Bed & Cloathes to one pound one shilling, and the two sheep being a Gray ?
