The Last Will & Testament of John Quayle of the parish of KK Michael who departed this life about the 24th of Janry. Anno Dom. 1747 who being of perfect mind & memory at the making hereof First He committed his Soul to God and Body to Christian burial -- Item He left and bequeathed to his son Wm. Quayle five shillings as legacy -- Item He declared that he thought his goods would amount to three pounds each to his two children viz. John & Ellinr. -- Item He left the Corn for their own use -- Item He left six pence each to the witnesses -- and Lastly he constituted & appointed his Loving wife Joney Quayle and his two Children John and Ellinr. Sole & Joint Exrs. of all the rest of his goods movable & Immovable Whatsoever -- | John Cannell | Testes | | Jurati | Cha; Cowley | In regard that the Testator Computed that his Children's part of Goods would amount to about Three pounds each, and that his Son John is under Age. The Same is Accepted of ?? his part of the Executors -- And thereupon the Widow Jony Quayle -- wth. Ellinor the Daughter are Sworn for the payment of Debts and Legacys according to Law. They also consent to pay Three pounds to John for his proportion of Goods. And have given pledges -- Namely Wm. Quayle & DanCannell ?? Kneale als Quayle the sum of Three Pounds devised to him by his sd. father, and hereby acquits & Discharges this sd. mothers& sister & all others for the Jame?
