KK Braddan Esther Creer als Kneen departed this life about the beginning of April last past Intestate. The Court upon intelligence thereof hath decreed her only daughter namely Ellinor Creer Sole administrator of all her goods & chattels moveable & immoveable whatsoever. Who being under age the Aunts viz Isabel & Ellinor Kneen are sworn overseers in form of law The deceased part of the child & goods is committed unto them & and hath given pledges Thos Carran & John Gelling John Creer the widower is sworn to the Registry a perfect Inventory of the Effects.
