The Last Will & Testament of Margt.Garrett als 
Cannell of the above parish who departed this life 
the fifth day of this instant, being of perfect mind & 
memory at the making hereof, First she committed 
her Soul to God & Body to Christian burial ~ 
Item she left unto her sister Jane her wearing 
Gown & white petticoat ~ Item To her Brother 
Thos.as much Flannin as will make him a petty~ 
Item To her Brother James a Lamb ~ To her Bro
ther John's wife the worst of her white aprons ~ 
Item To her sister in Law Margt.Garrett her brown 
Gown Item To her Mother in Law, her black petti
coat and a Suit of head cloathes betwixt her & her 
daughter, and a wearing Cap or Quoif each to her 
Sisters in Law Joney & Cath. Item. To her Mother 
a blue Gown and the rest of her Linens excepting 
the above Legacys, together wth.the Tow which was 
at her own house Item To her child ChrisGarrett 
five pounds Legacy & his tuition of her to her 
ffather and in case she should die un
der age, she left unto her Father Philip Cannell 
three pounds of sd.Legacy & the other Forty shills. 
to her Husband ThoGarrett ~ Item six pence Legacy 
to any person that could legally pretend to any right to 
her effects, and six pence Legacy to the Witnesses ~ 
And Lastly she nominated and appointed her Loving 
husband ThoGarret aforesd.sole Exr.of all the rest 
of her Goods movable & immovable whatsoever
