The Last Will & Testament of Cath Cannell als Corlet 
of the parish of KK Michael who departed this life abt. 
The 20th of april anno Dom1749. being of perfect mind 
& memory at the making hereof -- First she committed 
her Sole to God and Body to Christian burial -- 
Item she left unto her husband John Cannell her pt. 
of the Crop as legacy, together wth. her part of the Bed 
whereon she lay during his natural life, and then 
her sd. pt. of the Bed after his Desease to desend to 
her Niece Averick Crain -- Item she left unto Wm. 
Cannell her part of the heifer of two years old -- Item 
she declared that she had paid unto Ellin~ Killey als 
Cannell of her Mothers part of Goods the sum of ten shills. 
?Cash, together wth. a new white Blanket and eleven 
yards of prinnella -- Item she left a sheep & lamb 
each to the witnesses of this Will -- Item she left six 
?once Legacy to all Claimmers that could legally 
pretend Rts. to her effects -- And lastly she nominated 
her sd. Niece Averick Crain als Corlet sole Executrix 
of all the rest of her goods movable & immovable

in form of Law and hath given pledges for pay-
