Gernam Jane Lace alias Cosnahan departed this life about the 30th January last intestate. The court upon intelligence thereof hath decreed her two sons namely Patrick and James Lace joint administrators of all her goods and chattels moveable and immoveable whatsoever. Who being at lawful years are sworn in court for payment of the just debts of the deceased according to law. As also to be just the one to the other and have given pledges in form of law vizt Capt Wm Cosnahan and Patrick Clark. The father Patrick Lace is sworn to rendered a just account of the goods to the administrators. Edward Moore Rob: Radcliffe May 22 1752 I Patrick lace Junior of Peel town and parish of KK German do hereby acknowledge to have received at and from my father Patrick Lace all my part of goods and effects that became due unto me by the decease of my mother Jane Lace alias Cosnahan and I do hereby acquit and discharge my said father his exors and admors forever for the same witness my subscription: Patrick Lace May 22nd 1751 I James Lace son of the above Patrick do also acknowledge to have received form my said father all and singular the goods and effects due to me by the decease of my mother Jane Lace als Cosnahan exception the sum of ten pounds for which I have my said fathers obligation dated Oct 26 1750 together with the further sum of three pounds due to me by the decease of my grandmother Mary Gelling als Quayle which said sum of ten pounds and three pounds when paid unto me is to be in full of whatever became due to me by my said mother and grandmother. I James Lace son of the within named Jane Lace als Cosnahan do hereby acknowledge to have received from my father the sum of ten pounds being in full of all the goods and effects due to me by the decease of my said mother, as also the further sum of three pounds being in full of a legacy bequeathed to me by Mary Gelling als Quayle my grandmother for both which sums I hereby acquit and discharge my said father his exors admors and assigns and all others concerned.
