KK Braddan Feb 19 1749 Mary Creer als Corrin departed this Life about the 2nd of this Instant Intestate. The Court upon Intelligence thereof Decrees her three children namely – John, Margt & Mary Creer joint administrators of all her goods moveable & immoveable whatsoever. The Uncles vizt – John Corrin, James Quark & John Looney are sworn Overseers and consent to commit the children with their goods to their father John Creer – who is also sworn to bring a perfect inventory to the Registry & a payment of Debts according to Law – Pledged for him are Wm Kewley & John Creer Solvit 3s 0d Decretum Est Ro Radcliffe Douglas 13 Feb 1782 We John Creer one of the administrators in the before written Decree of Adminsn named Daniel Kneen Husband of Margt Creer another of the admnrs and Wm Corkhill husband of Mary Creer the others named in the sd Decree also named do hereby severally & respectively acknowledge to have recd from our father John Creer now decd All and singular the Goods cash credits & effects wch fell due to us in & by the within & before written Decree of Adminion of Mary Creer. And I the sd John Creer in my own right, & the Daniel Kaneen & Wm Corkhill in right of our wives aforesd do hereby severally & respectively acquit exonerate & discharge the sd John Creer & his Exirs Admnrs & assigns of all and every other person or persons who may be interested therein of any further claim or demand under that Mary Creer adminion.
