4thly	    They ye Sd. Daniell Corkill & his intended wife Elizath
	Corkill doth hereby bynd & oblige themselves to ye true
	Performance of their part of the afforesd. Article, and to give
	or administer to the sd. old Couple (dureing their Naturall life)
	all Comfortable attendance, both in sickness & in health as -
	Reason & good Conscience doth require to be done according
	to ye best of our power and ability, with all due regard to
	their Old Age and Corporal infirmittys, in their Last and
	declining Days.
	And Lastly; For the true performance of all Singular ye
	Promisses, we the above written Parties, (Viz: Wm. Corkill
	and Grais Corkill my wife, Daniell Corkill & Elizabeth
	Corkill my intended Wife) do bind and oblige ourselves
	in the penalties and forfeiture of Ten pounds Sterlin
	To be Leivy'd & paid in Nature of all other Fines wth.
	in this Island, and to Testifie that this is our Mutuall
	Agreement we have [Caused] our Names to be subscrib-
	-ed and have Annexed our Marks ye day & year affsd.

		the Same was Signed & Delivered by ye above named
		Willm Corkill & Grais his wife [can't read] in propper Actt
		& Deed in their presence & Likewise Dani: Corkill hath
		Acknowledged itt to be his Actt & Deed & this before me.

			At a Chapter Court at Lezayre May 30th 1749 -
		The within Contract of Marriage having been Confirmed 
		before the Deemster the same is accepted for the last
		Will of Wm. Corkill whereupon Danl. Corkill is sworn 
		for payment of Debts and has given pledges 
		Vizt. Capt. John Christian & John Christian.
