This is affirmed to be the last will and testament of John Calow of KK Lonan who departed this life abt the 23d of May 1750 being of perfect mind and memory at the making hereof First He committed his soul unto God and his body to Christian burial Itm He left to his son William the Crofts during his life and after his decease to his grandson John Calow to be & stand as inheritance and if the said grandson shoud die without issue the sd crofts was to return to his grandson William and if he shoud die without issue they were to return or descend to his grandson Thomas and then from child to child as above mentioned while any of them would remain Itm He left to his grand children William Thomas Philip Henry and Bessy twenty shillings apeice and the money to remain in their fathers hands until they came to age Itm He left all his own sheep to his grand children John William and Thomas equally betwixt them and their Father to have the benefit of them until the[y] came to age Itm He left what sheep he had betwixt himself and others to his son William Itm He left sixpence legacy to any person that might claim any right to his effects. Lastly He nominated and appointed his sd son William Calow sole Execr of all the rest of his good moveable & immoveable of what kind or nature soever.
