13 Rushen This is affirmed to be the last will and testament of John Crebbin of the parish of KK Rushen who departed this life about the beginning of April last past being of sound mind and memory at the making there. First he committed his soul to God and his body to Christian burial. Item, he left to his son John Crebbin a gray coat and also his cutts of ale cluimon with six pence legacy. Lastly he nominated and appointed his son in law Christopher Bell executor of all the rest of his goods moveable and immoveable whatsoever. Witnesses: Thomas Cannil, Edward Shimin. At a Chapter Court at KK Arbory May 16th, 1750 the executor is sworn in Court in form of Law and hath given pledges for payment of debts and legacies vizt., Thomas Cannell and Edward Shimin the witnesses.
