This is affirmed to be the last Will and Testament 
of Catherine Cannell als Corlet who Departed this life about 
The 19th of January last being Sound in perfect Mind & Memory 
at Making of the Same 

First She Committed her Soul to Almighty God & her Body to 
to Xtian Burial 

She Left to her only Son Daniel Cannell the pot a tub 
and a Barrell as Legacy  She further Declared yl if any 
Would Claim any Thing to hersd. Will to Deprive them of 
with Six pence Legacy  She left to yl Witnesses of the Will 
Six pence Each 

Lastly She Nominated and appointed her Son in Law 
Phillip Clark & Joney his wife Sole Exr. of all the 
rest of her Goods Moveable & Immoveable whatso Ever 
Witnesses present Daniel Boddaugh his mark X Elinor Nelson her jurata

At a Chapter Court at KK Michl. June 8th 1753 
Philip Clark is sworn Exed. in form of Law and 
hath given pledges for payment of Debts and 
Legacys witss. Thos.Cannell Senr. & Wm. Corlet both 
of KK Michl.   Probatum est
