This is affirmed to be the Last Will and
Testament of Alice Creer als Quine of the
parish of KK Braddan, who departed this life
abt the 16th April 1752.
Being in sound mind and memory at the mak
-ing hereof
First she Committed her soul to God and her
Body to Christian Burial
She bequeathed to her son Robt her part of the 
Lands
She left to her daughter Jane nine pounds
and the spockld heifer, and that upon con-
dition that her sd daughter Jane was to give
her youngest daughter Ellinor ten shills.
She left a brown heifer equally between
her two youngest daughters – Isable & Ellinor
She left the Big Bay mare to be equally betwixt
her two sons Robt & Thomas – and left to her
son Thomas a Barrel, and also a tub or two
She left to her son Robt her part of the husbandry

She left all her sheep equally between her above
Children and left her husband a mutton
Lastly she nominated and appointed her Loving
Daughter Jane whole and sole Executor of all
the rest of her goods moveable and unmoveable
of what kind or nature soever.

The Exorx is sworn in Court in form of
Law and hath given pledges for payment
of Debts and Legacies namely Robt Cannell
and Thomas Quine the witnesses of the Will
