Mary Joughin als Kerruish departed this life about the 
9th January last Intestate. The court upon intelligence 
thereof hath decreed her only Daughter namely Mary 
Joughin sole administrator of all her Goods & Chattles 
moveable and immoveable whatsoever. She being under age 
she wills her goods by consent of the next of kin, are 
committed to her Grandmother Jane Joughin (note should be 
Kerruish), who together with Cath. Cowle als Casement are 
sworn supervisors, as also to bring to the Registry an 
Inventory of the Effects of the dec'd., and likewise for 
payment of Debts according to law - pledges for the 
Grandmother are Mr. Arthur Cowle & Wm. Curghey both of 
Lezayre. James Joughin the father is also sworn to render 
against Acc.
