K. K. Andreas – Jan 27, 1752 William Kaneen of the above Parish departed this life about the 12th of the Present, Intestate. The court upon intelligence thereof hath Decreed his only daughter Cath: Kaneen sole Adminot of all his goods & chattels moveable & immoveable whatsoever who being under age she with her goods [is/are in the hands of the mother] consent of the [supervisors] ......... to the Tuition of her mother [who is sworn] to bring to the register a perfect inventory [of the goods] for payment of the debts ............ [and a true account of her actions as lawfully required] [and to these ends] ............... and hath given pledges namely John Cleator, and James Dysan Thos Lace the next of relations [is sworn] supervisor in form of law ........ that the Exors at present in the shall be inventoried for the benefit of the minor as also that the widow is to ............... the benefit of the Land for the ......... of the minor until she reaches 14 years of age which then widow is ...............
