		19. Ballaugh 

This is affirmed to be the Last Will & Testament 
of William Quaile who departed this life ye. 
18th.of january 1754 being in perfect mind 
and memory att the makeing hereof ~ 
Fst. He Committed his soul to God & body to xtian burial 
He left to his son William Twenty Shillings 
and his Right to the sheep that is in the Keeping 
of Paul Kewley in the Earey I further leave 
him all my Cloaths excepting my best Coat 
and petty , He left to his daughter Elinor 
forty shillings ,  He left to his beloved 
wife his Right to a Heffer of three years old 
with a white head and his Right of the broun 
mare I further leave her my Right to the 
bees in the Garden  He  left upon his son 
Thos.to take Care of Simon Corletts Goods 
and to see him paid and whatever leavings 
there would be of sd.moneys after Simon would 
be paid that It was to return to his beloved 
wife , He left to his son Thos.all as was 
satisfied in his Contracted bargain and his 
right to 10 shillings bate one in John Caleys hands 
Lastly He Nominated and Constituted his 
sd.son Thos.Whole Executor of all the 
Rest of his Goods moveable and unmoveable 
of what nature soever , and to the ~ 
wittnesses of his will One shilling each

At a Court of Correction holden 
at KK Michael Feb 13.1754. 
The Execr.is sworn in Court in form of Law and 
hath given pledges for payment of Debts and 
Legacies namely Philip Stephan & Wm.Kewish
