This is affirmed to be the last will and
testament of Thomas Creer, who departed
this life about the 5th of Decr last, being of
sound mind & memory at the making and
declaring thereof. First. He commended his soul
to God and his body to Christian burial.  2dy He
bequeathed to his five children, viz, Elinor,
John, Esther, & Isabel & Wm five pounds equally
amongst them; viz twenty shills a piece, provided
any of his sd three daughters died before they arrived
to full years, that then her or their part of the
five pounds was to descend and fall to the living
sister or sisters.  To his eldest son Thomas
he will and bequeathed of his best apparel, a coat, waist
coat and breeches and to his son John, his second best pair
of breeches;  To his brother John Creer he left
his coat, to his natural son John he left five shills legacy
and he to pay the remainder of the rent of
??any Moar in his hands to my dear & well beloved
wife. He left and bequeathed further to his dear wife all
?? & profits of all houses, lands in their own
??, while she continued in his name. Lastly,
he named, appointed & constituted his loving wife sole
executrix of all the rest of his effects movable and im
movable whatsoever, debarring & excluding all persons
who might claim any right to his effects wthh six pence
due legacy.

The extx is sworn in Court in form of
Law and undertakes the tuition of the
children & their goods & has given pledges
for payment of debts & legacies namely 
Thos Radcliffe & Paul Quark both of [Malew]

Ellinr Creer, daughter of the
testator being at lawfull years
is sworn supervisor of
the minors.
