To all Christian People to whom these Presents shall -----d Margaret Costean als Quirk,
of the parish of KK Santan send greeting in our Lord God everlasting.
 Know ye that I Margt Costean als Quirk for and in consideration of the Love, good-will,
and affection, wch I have and do bear towards my dead & loving son-in-law Wm Callister,
husband of my dear & loving daughter Isabel, of the sd parish, have given & granted, & by
these presents do freely, clearly and absolutely give & grant to the said Wm Callister, his
heirs, Exrs & assigns, all & singular my goods, ready money, household stuff, implemts,
chattels, debts [scribbled out], credits, and all other things to me belonging, and wch I may
justly claim as in right my own, whether alive or dead, as things moveable & immoveable
both real & personal, in whose hands, custody as possession they be, or wheresoever the
same or any of them may be found remaining or being, or my part of them can or may be now ------ 
easter found remaining or being, excepting only my wearing apparel of all kinds wheather linen
or woolen wch I ---ive to my own disposal & also ordering after my decease that the sum of fourty
shillings in the hands of my son-in-law Thomas Quine, Taylor, Husband of my Daug4: Alice, be
paid by the sd Quine his Exrs into the hands of the Donee Wm Callister afforesd and by the sd
Donee distributed in ------- 
following viz: to my son in law Robt Stole, husband of my daugr Katharin twenty shillings, 
to my son in law John Cain, Husband of my daughter Margaret five shillings, tomy said son in law ----[in right hand fold] 
Quine five shills, and the other & remaining tenn -----[in fold]
to be the property & right of the within Donee Wm Callister.  He the sd Callister obliging himself to ----[in fold]
me the sd Margt Costean als Quirk wth whatsoever ----[in fold] 
sum of money that will be required for my
necessary sustenence & recovery of my health, & also support, affording & giving me decent necessary
& s----[in fold] 
maintenance & support, with meat, drink, -----, 
lodging during my natural life, & to see me
decently ----[in fold]
 whomever it shall please God to call for me oth----[in fold] 
if the sd Wm Callister his
heires Exrs or assigns, ----[in fold] 
in performance of all or any of the above conditions stipulated and agreed
upon on his or his heirs exrs, or assigns part, then this Deed to be void & of no effect;  But upon just
performance thereof the sd Callister, his Heirs Exrs or assigns, are to have & ----[in fold]
 all the said goods ready money, houshold-stuff, implements, chattels, credits, & all other things to me belonging or appertaining,
whether moveable or immoveable as his own proper goods for ever without molestation or disturbance.

In Testimony whereof I have hereunto set my mark & name this 19th day of Novr 175-[in fold].

28th Jan: 1754: Christopher Bridson and Robert Brew the two subscribing witnesses ade oath that Margaret Quirk deceased duly executed the within and before written Deed of Gift in their presence this before me, Jon: Taubman.

At a Court of Correction held at Castletown Feb: 6th 1754: The within Deed of Gift having been proved before the worspl: Deemster the same is accepted for the last Will and Testamt of Margt Costean where upon her son in law William Callister is sworn Execr in form of Law and hath given pledges for paymt of Debts vizt: The Revd: Mr. Crebbin & Thos Radcliffe of Glashin.

Solvit 12d, Acceptum est.  Ro: Radcliffe, Matths Curghey.
