This is affirmed by the Subscribing Witnesses 
to be the last Will and Testament of 
Thomas Quayle of Nash-Yhoan , who 
departed this Life in the Month of 
February , Anno predicto , being in perfect 
Mind and Memory at the making hereof on 
the 14th.of Decembr.Anno 1752.~ 
First , He Committed his Soul to God and Body 
to Christian Burial 
2dly.He bequeathed to his Son Willm.Quayle

To his Daughter Elinor the Wife of John 
Caly , Six Pence , Legacy ~ 
To his Daughter Mary , the Wife of 
Robert Killip , Six Pence , Legacy 
To his Daughter Margaret the Wife of 
William Moore , Six Pence , Legacy. 
To his Daughter Katherine the Wife 
of John Quayle , Six Pence , Legacy. 
To his Daughter Anne , the Sum of Five 
Pounds , Legacy. ~

Octebr.30th.1796 ~ Ann Quayle came this day to the Registry 
and acknowledged to have recd.from her Mother Mary 
Quayle als Cry the Sum of five pounds being the whole 
of the Legacy left her by her Father Thos.Quayle and 
does therefore acquit & discharge her of the same 
for Ever ~ before Me Matthw.Curghey
