The last will and testament of Cathrine Christian als Radcliffe, 
who departed this life on the 7th of November 1756, being weak 
in body but of sound mind and memory at the making thereof. 
First, she committed her soul to Almighty God and her body to 
the earth and Christian burial. 
Item, she left to her loving husband John Christian a chest, a 
bedsheet and all the wool belonging to her. 
Item, she left to Isabel Mylechreest a small box with a suit of 
her best head close. 
Lastly, she nominated and appointed her dear father Henry Radcliffe 
whole and sole executor of all the rest of her effects moveable 
and immovable, excluding all other craving friend with six pence 
legacy each. 
Witnesses: 
Margaret Waterson, 
Eleanor Gell.

At a Chapter Court held at Peeltown, November 19th, 1756, 
the executor is sworn in Court in form of Law and hath given pledges 
for payment of debts and legacies, vizt., Mr. Samuel Wattleworth 
and Patrick Carran both of Peeltown
