LEZAYRE 1756 This is affirmed to be the last will and Testament of [Ellinor] Garrett of Lezayre who departed this life in July last past and was of perfect mind and memory at the making hereof. She committed her soul to God and her body to a Christian burial. Item To her three sons (viz) Charles, Wm, and Paul Garrett five shillings each. Item to Christian Crow, Joney Garrett, Margaret Garrett and Joney Garrett all her close what was shaped to her body of woolen and linnon equally between them. Item To Joney Crinnell a blue stiff petticoat. Item To Jane Quark a [flanon] blanket with a binding on hem. Item To any person or persons whatsoever that would claim any right to any part of her goods sixpence . To the wittnesses sixpence each item and lastly she nominated and appointed her loving husband John Garrett whole and lawful exctr of all the rest of her goods movable and immovable whatsoever. Witnesses Edmond Crowe+} Jane Quark her +} Jurati At a chapter court holden at Lezayre Novr 22nd 1756.
