COSTANE, William 1756-1 Arb A 10 0106221 Archdeacon Will 1756#10 Arbory of William Costain, died December 1755 10 Arbory 1756 The last will and testamt of Wm Costane, who departed this life about the beginning of December 1755, being of perfect mind and memory at the making hereof. Imprs, He bequeathed his part of the grey horse to his son Henry and his holyday apparel. Itm He bequeathed his everyday apparel to his son Thomas and a blanket & coverlet. Itm He bequeathed three shillings to his daughter Anne. Lastly He nominated constituted and appointed his daughter in law Christian Costane & her daughter Eleanor Costane joint Execxs of all the rest of his moveable & immoveable. Witnesses present: Catharine Comish Jony Kinveg als Corrin, Juratae At a Court of Correction held at Castletown, Feb: 11th 1756: The Execrx are sworn in Court in form of Law and have given pledges for paymt of debts and legacys vizt: Thos: Costean & Nicholass Bridson both of Arbory.
