KK Maughold June 13th 1757 William Callow of Ballacreggan departed this life on or about the 24th of May last past Intestate. The Court having Intelligence thereof hath decreed his three children namely Edward, Dan’l, & Cath Callow joint Adms. Of all his Goods & Chattels moveable & immoveable whatsoever William the eldest son having as is acknowledged by Himself in Court obtained a Dowry in Contract Edwd/ Dan & Cath aforesd. Being severally of lawfull age Are sworn for apymt. Of Debts according to Law as also to be just the one to the other in the Division of the Goods, pledges for them in form of Law are Willm Callow the brother & Nich Corlet of Balny- Howin saving nevertheless to Cath aforesaid the benefit Of proving a legal Will or Intention of the Decead. ] If such shall appear within due time.
