Hannah Caine als Christian Departed this life on or about the 
2nd Day of Nov'r last, intestate. The Court upon Intelligence 
thereof Decrees her five Children namely Dorothy, Mary & John, 
Thos & Cath Caine sole & joint Admins of all her Goods & Chattells 
moveable & immoveable whatsoever. Cath being under age the other 
four are sworn supervisors & are to bring a perfect inventory to
the Registry. Catherine's Goods are in the hands of her brothers 
& sister equally who have given pledges in form of Law namely 
Wm Caine of Conchan & Matth. Christian of Douglas.

John Killey husband of Margaret one of the Daughters of Hannah Caine, 
came this day to the Registry & acknowledged to have fully received
all the share of goods due to his wife by the death of his mother-in-law,
as also to have received the further sum of three pounds for an acct of
his wive's dividend of the purchased lands (due by the death of Hannah Caine)
and from his brother-in-law John Caine, and hereby acquits & discharges 
the said John Caine his heirs *-------- of the same.

Thos Cowin husband of Dorothy one of the Daughters of Hannah Caine 
came this day to the Registry & acknowledged to have fully received 
all the share of goods due unto his wife by the death of Hannah;
and likewise to have receved from his brother-in-law John Caine
the further sum of three pounds for & on account of his wive's
dividend of the purchased lands due by the death of Hannah Caine
and hereby acquits & discharges the said John Caine, his heirs [& assigns]
of the same.
