This is affirmed to be the last will and testament
of Catherine Cottier als Creer of the parish of KK Brad
:dan who departed this life on or abt the 17th of Sepr
1758 Being of sound mind and memory at the make:
:ing hereof –

First she committed her soul to God, and her Body to
Christian Burial –
She left all her woollen and Linnen Cloaths to her daughter
Margt –
She left to her Loving husband Philip Cottier the Bed
during his natural life  she also acknowleged that
She was indebted to her step daughter Ellinor Cottier
seven shillings –
She left to the witnesses of her will six pence Legacy
Each –
Lastly she nominated and appointed her son Robert
and her Daughter Margrett whole and sole Execu:
tors of all the rest of her goods moveable and im-
:moveable of whatkind or denomination so ever.

in Court in form of Law & have given pledges for payment of
