In the name of the Holy and ever Blessed Trinity father son and Holy
Ghost Amen.
I Hugh Craine of Ballney Howin in KK German considering the
Uncertainty of life and being in a declining state of health but at present
being of a perfect mind and memory at the writing hereof do hereby make and
declare the same to be my last will and testament as in manner following:
First committing my soul to Almighty God and my body to Christian
burial.
2nd I leave to my eldest son and heir William Craine all my right to the
crop team and husbandry gears of my estate.
Item I leave to my three children Hugh, Margaret, and Cathrine the full and
just sum of ninety pounds to be divided equally between them including
the legacy left unto them by their uncle John Craine in the aforesaid
sum.
Item I further leave to my two sons William and Hugh all my right to my
sheep to be equally between them
Item I leave to the poor of the parish a furlet of oat meal to be given
them at Easter to be distributed by my executrix unto those she thinks most
needful
Item I leave to my tenant Wm Mylevorrey a waistcoat and a pair of breeches.
Item I leave to my daughter Anne a heifer of three years old as legacy.
Lastly I nominate and appoint my loving wife Margaret Craine als Quay to
be whole and sole executrix of all the rest of my goods moveable and
immoveable whatsoever hereby cutting off and excluding all and other
claimers to the same with six pence legacy to any such.  In witness whereof
I have hereunto added my mark to my name this 27th of April 1759.

The executrix is sworn in court in form of law and hath given pledges for
