This is affirmed to be the last will and testament of Patrick 
Quilliam of Ballahutchin in the parish of Kirk Patrick who 
departed this life the 6th of May 1759 Being in perfect mind and 
memory at the making thereof, First he committed his Soul to 
Almighty God and his Body to Christian Burial. Item: He left 
to his Brother John Quilliam his best coat and vest. Item: He left to 
his brother Thos. Quilliam a Russet Jacket a pair of Blue Shag 
Breeches and an English half crown in money. Item: He left to his 
two sisters Margaret and Ann one crown a piece in money. 
Item: He left to his sister Esther one sheep. Item: He left to his 
brother Henry one Ewe Yearling. Item: He nominated and 
appointed his Mother Isabel Quilliam alias Hutchin whole 
Executrix of all the rest of his Goods moveable and unmovable.

At a consistory Court held at Ballnyhowin November 22nd 1759 
The Executor is sworn in Court in form of Law and hath given 
pledges for payment of Debts and Legacies vitz. Gilbert Key and 
Silvester Clark the Witnesses of the Will.
