Ballaugh 1760 This is affirmed by the Subscribing Witnesses to be the last Will and Testament of Isabel Cannel als Casement widow of John Cannel of the Bishop's Domain, who departed this Life in January, Anne predicto. Having, in perfect Mind and Memory, committed her Sole to God and Body to Christian Burial She bequeathed to her Daughter Anne Cannel the Cow, and she to be paid her Father's Goods herein, whith which the said Anne declared to be Satisfied. She declared She owed her Daughters Kath. and Margt. Cannel Ten Shillings each of their Father's Goods, and She left her said Daughter Kath Ten Shillings more. She left to her Daughters Margt.and Anne afore- said all her Household Stuff Beds and Bed Cloaths Livery and wollens that may belong ?? with all the Food and Utensils in the House and Crop in the Haggard, they giving four Bottles of Metcorn? out of the same to her Daught. Anne entirely To her Daughter Anne Ten Shills. and her Daugh- ter Margt. Ten Shills and her Right of the brown Mare equally between them To her Grand Children Patr. and Isabel Cannel the little Mare entirely and a Gown or what ??? be Cloaths Cloaths for them of the Stuff, which her said Daugh- ters Margt. & Anne were to give them and also to give her Son John a Pessy? or Wainscoat of the Said Cloth together with Three Yards of the Linen Woolsey? and a new Canvass? to her Daughter Kath. To her Son John the Table and Chair And nominated and constituted her Son John Cannel aforesaid Sole Executor of all the Rest of her Goods moveable and immoveable whatsoever.
