   The last will & testament of Joney Kaneen alias Lawson of
   KK Andrews who departed this life abt the fourth day of 
   Feb one thousand seven hundred & sixty, and was of perfect mind
   & memory at the making thereof.
First she committed her soul to God, & body to Christian burial
Itm She left declared that she had some sheep betwixt herself & her
   son Michael Kaneen.
Itm She left to her sd son Michl the sd sheep except two of them that was
   to be expended towards her Funeral
Itm She left to her daughter in law Margery Kaneen a little wheel
Itm She left to her daughter in law Joney Kaneen an olive gown and
   a quilted pedicoat
Itm She left to her grand-daughter Margt Kaneen a suite of head
   cloth
Itm She left to her grand-daughter Joney Kaneen a suit of head cloth
Itm She left to her grand-daughter Catharine Kaneen a cape
Itm She left to her neicegrandaughter Joney KaneenCannell twenty shillings
Itm She left to her two daughters vizt Esther the wife of Peter Lace &
   Christian the wife of Charles Cannell all the remainder of her
   shaped woolen & linnen cloth except a pedicoat she left to Jane Sayle
Itm She left to her Grandaughter in Ballagaue twenty shillings
Itm She left six pence legacy to whomsoever that would strive with her son
   Daniel Kaneen
Lastly she nominated & appointed her son & heir Daniel Kaneen
afforesd sole Exetr of all the rest of her goods movable &
unmovable whatsoever. To the witnesses of this will she left
a shilling each.

The Execr is sworn in Court in form of law and hath
given pledges for payment of debts & legacys vizt

This day Bahee Kaneen oldest daur of Michal Kaneen of
Ballaghaue came to the registry & acknowleged to have recd
from Danl Kaneen (Execr of the last will & testmt of Joney
Kaneen als Lawson of KK Andreas) the sum of twenty shill
a legacy bequeathed by sd Joney Kaneen als Lawson to her
grandaughter of Balla hawe, & doth hereby acquit, release
& discharge the sd Danl Kaneen his heirs Exr or Admrs of sd legacy.

Whereas Joney Kaneen als Lawson of the parish of KK Andreas late
decd bequeathed unto her grandaughter Joney Cannell the sum of
twenty shillings - I Charles Cannell of KK Michael father of said
Joney who is yet under age, do hereby acknowledge to have
received the sd sum of twenty shillings for theuse of my said
daughter at & from the hands of Danl Kaneen Execr of the last
will & testamt of sd Joney Kaneen & do hereby qcquit & discharge
sd Execr & all others of the same - Witness my mark to my name
this 9th Decr 1761

At KK Bride Decr 9th 1761 Chas Cannell acknowledged
the above rect & acquittance, & has given pledges for
forthcoming of the money therein mentioned for the
use of his daugher Joney, namely the Revd Ja: Wilks
