31          KK Michael
This is affirmed to be the last Will and Testament of Thomas Cannel 
senr of Oristal, dictated to the subscribing witnesses on the 2nd 
day of February 1760, who looked upon him to be of sound mind and 
memory at the time. 
First, he committed his soul unto God and his body to Christian burial. 
Item, he willed and bequeathed to his son Thomas Cannel his Bible, 
all his books, and an English half measure. 
To all other claimants he left six pence. 
Lastly, he constituted and appointed his wife Joney Cannel sole 
Executrix of all the rest of his effects. 
He left likewise six pence to each of the witnesses. 
Witnesses: 
Catharine Cottier, 
Christian Knickal. 

At a Court of Correction holden in 
KK Michael, March 24, 1760
The Executrix is sworn in Court in form of Law and has given 
pledges for payment of debts and legacies namely William Cannell 
and John Caine Sumner, both of KK Michael Town
